Yes. Our rKade is always online and will require an active internet connection to play, update and install games. As a guide, a minimum connection speed of at least a 2Mbps is recommended. To check your upload speed, please check with your network service provider.​

To improve your connection, try using an Ethernet cable to directly connect your PS4™ to your modem or router. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, place the PS4™ and the router closer together, and make sure there are no obstructions between them. Other devices on your network might be using a large amount of bandwidth. Pause, cancel, or wait until streams / downloads finish and try connecting again.

All consoles will come with a user who has an active PS+ subscription at no extra cost to you.

Of course! Just take out multiple quantities of a subscription during checkout to have multiple rKade’s installed – whilst only paying the set-up fee once. Also, if you would like 1 base package and 1 racing package, please contact us and we will create a custom order for you!

rKade Events are a great way to get people together and have fun. We come to you and host a 90 minute event full of casual games, competitions, and it’s also a great way to give you even more ideas for what you can do with your equipment.

These events can be booked at anytime for £300/event or add the events package during checkout for just £200/month and get 1 rKade Event every month included in your membership – saving £1,200/year.

Yes, all equipment requires an active rKade Membership.

All packages require a minimum subscription term of 12 months. After month 12, you will be moved onto a rolling monthly rKade Membership.

You must give at least 1 month’s notice to cancel your rKade subscription.
