Is this the Battlefield we have been wanting?In 2007, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare spun the FPS gaming world upside down by creating a modern-day set shooter. This seems kind of strange considering that is all we seem to have these days. Enter Battlefield 1.
It is 2016 and EA are taking us back to WW1 in Battlefield 1. Battlefield 1 comes after Battlefield 4, of course.

This game looks absolutely brutal. Seriously. It looks to be a serious game. Unlike what we have come to expect from CoD games. It is a clear move from DICE to go in the opposite direction of Activision, who are set to release a futuristic shooter in Infinite Warfare. “You look into the distance and see planes torn apart by gunfire, their debris raining down over London. In war-torn France to the east, horrible armored tanks tear holes in walls as they roll through crumbling cities.
