Darth Vader rumoured to appear in the next Star Wars FilmFor those who are unaware, we do not have to wait too long for the next Star Wars film. If fact, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will be released this year!Rogue One takes place between Episode III and Episode IV. Which has prompted the rumours that we could once again see Darth Vader on the big screen.
James Earl Jones is also said to be reprising his role for his voiceover work for Vader. Jones provided his voice for the original Star Wars movies. He helped make Darth Vader perhaps the most memorable villain in film history.
A young Han Solo will also make an appearance just in time for his own spin-off film. Release Date: 2020.Disney bought the Star Wars franchise from George Lucas for £2.5bn back in 2012. Disney have made it clear they want to release Star Wars films quickly in order to recoup their investment.
Rogue One will be directed by Gareth Edwards (Godzilla, 2014). It also stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Riz Ahmed, Ben Mendelsohn, Forest Whitaker, Mads Mikkelsen and Alan Tudyk. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will be released 16th December, 2016.
